This year has not been easy, but it’s allowed us to readjust ... to decide what’s important and what matters most: the people in our lives ... the health of our community ... and a clean energy future ... for the world.

At NREL, we are focused on the opportunities that lie ahead. The chance to do things differently ... to make things better.

By decarbonizing our grid, reducing our dependence on fossil fuels, and creating a circular economy for energy materials, we are redefining the future.

Bringing resilience to communities, opportunities to underserved populations, and innovation to the status quo ... we are determined to have an impact.

And so ... as another year comes to an end, we are excited for what’s next.
