>>Celia Doyle: You can't have a clean energy transition if you're not including people from all backgrounds.
>>Mahitha Pillodi: Gender diversity and equity is very crucial to develop more sustainable solutions because women have been historically underrepresented in the STEM fields and power sector is no exception.
>>Erin Johnson: The women in PST initiative, we really strive to empower women across the globe in technical upskilling and promoting them in leadership roles to really lead the diverse workforce of the future in the power system sector.
>>Mayuri Roy Choudhury: Sometimes I'm not heard because I'm a woman. Getting into this conference and learning how to deal with such situation and also like how to make my voice be heard, that is very important. And I learned that through these sessions with the women in Power System Transformation Program.
>>Chandinee Chandrasekaran: I think this program is great because we had various coffee chats with leading women in the sectors and inspirational to see their career journey, them talking about how they have come to this position, how fulfilling it has been for them. So it's been a very inspirational program.
>>Diana Rida Pratiwi: I'm still young now, but I prepared myself to be a leader because I believe to myself I can be a leader to my team. And I want to be a good leader to my team, so I can manage well into the good system in the future.
>>Mahitha Pillodi: I think this will be a good starting point for me to start thinking how can I implement some kind of leadership activities in the work I'm doing, or how could I start being a leader. So I think this will be a great starting point for me for my career.
