My favorite part of the job is the wide variety of problems we are solving and the exposure to different kinds of technologies.

You're learning something new every day, and I think that's extremely important, especially early in my career right now.

I love working at NREL because of the people, the mission in our work. It's just a really positive environment. And every day we get to research, and it's kind of like a playground where we can try new things. It's just an awesome job.

I think working at a national lab is the best combination of industry and academia. So, you get to research and have access to lots of companies, lots of government agencies. You can expand your connections and get access to a lot of cool work while researching and having a full-time job.
