Broward County Transit Origin-Destination Survey for Routes 1 and US-1 Breeze

The 2013 Broward County Transit Origin-Destination Survey focused on two bus routes—Route 1 and Route US-1 Breeze—along U.S. Highway 1 in southern Florida.

Survey Methodology

The paper-based, interview-style survey was conducted in English onboard buses between October 2013 and January 2014. It included questions about participants’ origin and destination, the mode used to get to their boarding point and to their final destination from the alighting point, bus transfers, and demographic data such as the number of vehicles in their household, driver's license status, and household income.

Survey records include 2,352 participants.
