Transit Agency

Survey Methodology
Conducted in English, the paper-based survey was distributed to passengers on bus routes 1, 2, 9, 18, and 441 in February–March 2005. The survey included questions about their origin and destination, where they boarded and alighted the bus, and what mode they used to get to the boarding point and to their final destination from the alighting point. Additionally, the survey posed demographic questions such as the number of vehicles available to them, the number of vehicles in their household, as well as their age, gender, ethnicity, household income, and method of fare payment.
