Check-In Process

The Washington, D.C. office grants access to those with a Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 badge or tenant business identification badge containing a 901 D Street decal. All others—including those with NLR badges—are considered visitors and must follow these steps:

  1. Email the visitor's name, date of arrival, and date of departure to Niyona Ingram.
  2. The security team will receive notification of each approved visitor and issue a security fob granting access to the building elevators and NLR suite.
  3. Visitors who have not received approval must await authorization and/or escort.
  4. Upon arrival, provide government-issued photo identification (i.e., driver's license, passport, or military ID).
  5. Adhere to a magnetometer scan and X-ray of personal items.
