Registration deadline: July 6

U.S. Citizens

NREL's security procedures require that you present U.S. government-issued photo identification (e.g., state driver's license, military ID, U.S. passport) upon check-in to receive your event badge.

Non-U.S. Citizens

All non-U.S. citizens (including Canadian citizens, permanent resident aliens, and resident aliens) are required to obtain advance approval and must submit a Foreign National Data Card. After registration, NREL staff will contact non-U.S. citizens with a copy of the necessary Foreign National Data Card (which will be sent digitally) and additional instructions.

Once pre-approved, you will receive an email confirmation. At the time of the event, please bring a valid passport and visa information. Visitors from countries that participate in the Visa Waiver Program must bring their passport and visa stamp or I-94 card received from U.S. Customs upon entering the United States. Canadian citizens must provide their passport and a government-issued photo ID or birth certificate. A permanent resident of the United States must bring a permanent resident card along with a government-issued photo ID. These documents must be presented upon check-in to receive your event badge.

Last-minute substitutions or those registering after the deadline will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

All participants may access the site Aug. 6–7. If you have questions about accessing NREL's campus, email NREL's Events team.

Parking and Check-In

The NREL address is 15013 Denver West Parkway, Golden, CO 80401. Note: If you use a mapping program such as Google Maps for directions, you will not be directed to the correct entrance.
