Registration Rates

2025 workshop rates include workshop sessions, most meals, and two poster sessions/receptions for professionals and photovoltaic (PV) graduate students.

Meals to be provided include Sunday–Wednesday breakfast, Sunday–Tuesday lunch, Sunday dinner, and Monday and Tuesday evening poster session/receptions with hot and cold appetizers and a bar.

Payment will be requested after you submit the registration form. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card payments are accepted (Please do not use the eCheck option as we do not offer this method of payment).

Cancellations

Cancellations requiring a refund must be made in writing before July 17, 2025. No refunds will be granted after this date. Email your cancellation request to Linda Stolmack at siworkshop@nrel.gov.
