2024 ESIF Stewardship Summary
In 2024, ESIF hosted 170 multidisciplinary projects with 85 partners. Our research advanced leading-edge technologies such as self-healing grids, electrolyzers, grid-forming inverters, and a control architecture that heralds a new direction for distributed energy management systems. We also opened the Energy Security and Resilience Laboratory and brought a third-generation supercomputer online. Read more in our summary.
