Use the Puerto Rico Energy Efficiency Scenario Analysis Tool (PREESAT) to estimate the long-term total electricity consumption impact of energy efficiency measures in Puerto Rico's residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

NREL developed PREESAT to help decision makers explore feasible future pathways to reduce territory-wide electricity consumption and reach energy efficiency targets. PREESAT is a spreadsheet-based tool with several customizable user inputs.
