IECWind

IECWind is a utility program used to create wind files for InflowWind-based programs.

IECWind creates wind files that model the extreme conditions outlined by the International Electrotechnical Commission.

This software was developed by Marshall Buhl and supported by Jason Jonkman of NREL.
