Attendance Options and Support

The workshop will be livestreamed to facilitate hybrid attendance and accessibility. Zoom transcript options will be available on this attendance mode.

Speakers are requested to attend in person.

Participation of the in-person and virtual audience for the Q&A will be facilitated via SLIDO. Tutorials, NREL tours, and networking will not be available for online participants.

Registration cost is the same for in-person and online attendance.

We will be granting a select number of registration and/or travel grants supported by our sponsors to minority researchers, parents who require childcare, and students.

Please email PVCircularity.Workshop@nrel.gov with your name and a paragraph describing your research/interests and how this support would make a difference for your attendance to the event. The deadline for submission is Jan. 15, 2025.
We are seeking sponsors to support attendance of students and minority researchers to this workshop. Sponsors will be acknowledged on the agenda and during the event, and they are also welcome to include useful and reusable swag.

Sustainability and Diversity at the Workshop

Sustainability and diversity are important components of the workshop. For this reason, we’ve carefully curated the workshop to ensure we minimize our carbon footprint and create a welcoming, accessible environment for participants. This includes providing a hybrid format, an equitable Q&A platform, offering attendance support for minority researchers and students, providing low-carbon foods and reusable utensils, including pronouns on name badges, diversity tracking, and developing panels with equitable gender representation.

Registration

After you complete and submit the registration form, you will receive instructions on how to pay the $250 early-bird or $300 regular registration fee. For a PV Reliability Workshop attendee discount, email PVCircularity.Worshop@nrel.gov.
